Family Hotel Magnolia is a boutique hotel situated in the heart of Sunny Beach, behind the Djany restaurant, just 100 meters from the central promenade and 300 meters from the Central Beach in the tourist complex. The building has an elegant and functional design, and the hotel is a quiet and peaceful place to relax and work, suitable for couples, families and business travelers.
The hotel has 22 rooms and studios and is furnished in a modern and minimalistic Scandinavian style. There is a stable internet system throughout the whole building. From 2022 to 2026, the hotel and the pool were partially renovated and refurbished. New, silent, and energy-efficient air conditioners have been installed in all rooms and studios on the 3rd floor and in most rooms and apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors.
17 of the rooms, the two-bedroom apartments, and the studios have a magnificent view of the pool and the garden, where roses, magnolias, fruit and olive trees, pines and oleanders are planted on an area of 1.5 acres. In addition to the beautiful pool with new sun loungers and a children's section, there is a lobby bar, a barbecue area, and a private parking lot with video surveillance on the territory of the hotel.
The hotel staff speaks various languages such as English, German, Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Scandinavian languages, French and Italian. Other services are offered such as transfer to and from Burgas airport, taxi services, early check-in and late check-out, etc.
Our vision is to develop sustainable tourism by using the incredible natural resources of the area, renewable energy sources, specifically solar energy, as well as other solutions that do not pollute the environment.
