Kosharitsa Village is nestled at the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, just a short distance from Sunny Beach and the Ancient city of Nesebar. From here, visitors can enjoy the picturesque views of the mountains and the sparkling sea. Above the village, the 'Kosharitsa-Plazovets' eco-trail offers nature enthusiasts a chance to enjoy its beautiful paths, perfect for both hiking and cycling.
Each year, the village celebrates its festival on November 1st, while on January 14th, the unique 'Sausage Festival' enchants visitors with tastings of homemade meat specialties and a cozy, lively atmosphere.

Orizare Village got its name back in 1934, when enthusiastic local people tried to cultivate rice using the waters of the river passing through the area. The village is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vast wheat and sunflower fields. The climate is pleasant and the soil fertile, which has supported the development of fruit growing, viticulture and vegetable farming.
Petkovden marks the village’s annual celebration on October 14th, while the traditional ‘Bread Festival’ is held on July 7th.

Gyulyovtsa Village lies at the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, just a short distance from Sunny Beach. It perfectly blends the tranquility of rural life with the conveniences and entertainment of nearby resorts and is only 20 km from the Ancient Nesebar. On May 24th, the village celebrates its annual festival, while on February 14th ‘Young Wine Festival’ offers a lively celebration with wine tastings for both local people and visitors.

Tankovo Village is located just 5 km from Sunny Beach, making it perfectly placed for those seeking both tranquility and convenience. The area’s favorable climate supports thriving vineyards and vegetable farms, while livestock farming remains a key part of local life.
The village festival is celebrated on November 8th – Archangel’s Day. 


Banya Village is located 25 km from the Ancient Nesebar, near the town of Obzor. Nestled at the foothills of the Balkan Mountains and just a short distance from the sea, Banya offers a unique blend of mountain and seaside climate, making it a perfect place for relaxation. The Irakli Nature Reserve, famous for its stunning beach, lies only 6 km away. 
The village celebrates its annual festival, Ilinden, on July 20th.

Emona Village is a small settlement located near Cape Emine – the easternmost point of the Balkan Mountains, marking the end of the mountain range. Charming houses line the steep slopes and the view from the rocky cape over Nesebar Bay is simply breathtaking.

Panitsovo, Rakovskovo and Priseltsi Villages are situated on the slopes of the Balkan Mountains, offering a tranquil atmosphere, fresh mountain air, and a charming, well-preserved rural character.
